The Artist Andrea Perez Bessin grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Andrea moved to Rhode Island to attend Brown University where they acquired a degree in Biology. On their last semester, an introductory visual arts course inspired a change in vocation. Pérez Bessin enrolled in Rhode Island College and graduated in December 2017 with a BFA in Printmaking. The Artist Jhina Alvarado is a self-taught artist who is represented by galleries across the United States. She is inspired by vintage photos and paints using oils and encaustic wax. Her work has been featured in various international and national magazines, blogs, and art technique books.
