Refunds Policy

Please note that this policy forms part of and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.  The placing of an order through our website is deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You can return any goods, for any reason, within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights, and includes the 14 day statutory cooling off period.  If you would like to cancel an order you will receive a full refund within 10 working days of cancelling and returning your products to us.

Key things to remember to guarantee your refund:

  • Items in our clearance sale and auctions are not eligible for refund. However, as long as you can provide proof of purchase, we may offer an exchange or gift card to the same value.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.  Original shipping charges and return costs will not be refunded.
  • Ensure that the outer packaging for your return item is suitable to protect it while in transit to our return address.
  • If you're returning an item for refund that included a free gift, kindly return that free gift in order to get a full refund

    We are not able to refund any items where there is evidence that the above rules have not been followed.  

     

    2. HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS

    Should you wish to return your ordered items for a refund or to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

    • Contact us within within 14 days of receipt of the order with the details and an explanation for the return or exchange.
    • We'll email you a return label to affix to your package
    • Print out the return label and attach to the package you want to return with clear tape.
    • Post the package within 5 working days of receipt of the return label

    We strongly recommend you use a tracked and/or signed for delivery method to ensure you have proof of postage, and that your item is reassuringly covered during transit. Refunds made under this returns policy will not include the original postage and packing charge or any return costs.

    As soon as we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will refund you the amount you paid for the product. Please allow up to 10 working days from our receipt of your returns for us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.

    Your refund will be credited to the same card you made your original purchase. If there is a problem issuing a refund to your card, we will contact you.

     

    3. FAULTY ITEMS

    In the rare event that something is wrong with your item, and you inform us within 60 days of purchase, then we'll put things right. 

    In order to first assess the fault and/or damage, you'll need to describe the fault and send us a photo of the defect item.  

    If you're returning the faulty item within 14 days of purchase then we can offer either a replacement or refund.

    If you're returning an item after 14 days of purchase we can either offer a replacement, exchange or a gift card to the same value

    Please note we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.  On inspection we may offer you an exchange or gift card.
