Shipping Policy

This delivery policy forms part of and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.  The placing of an order through our website is deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Once paid for in full and delivered, the items are legally your property, meaning any loss or damage becomes your responsibility. 

 

1. DELIVERY OPTIONS

Our products are also available to purchase from leading online book stores including Amazon, Barnes and Noble and Book Depository.  When you purchase direct from this site, shipping charges as listed below in US Dollars (USD) will converted into local currency in your shopping cart at the prevailing exchange rate.

Our standard delivery times are listed below. Please note that due to COVID19 these lead times are subject to delay.

All our items are boxed as standard.  However, if you're ordering any of our items as a gift, we can organise for the item to be wrapped and/or a personalised message included.  You just need to advise us of this at checkout.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Depending on the package size and value of your purchased items, you might be asked to sign for the goods. If you happen to be out, the courier may attempt to deliver your package through your letter box or leave it with your neighbour. Alternatively, they will leave a calling card with their contact details so you can arrange a more suitable delivery time.

All first time orders can only be delivered to the billing address which is registered to your MX Publishing account. You can however provide an alternative delivery address when placing a gift order for someone else. 

 

2. ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm the same day (Monday to Friday) or the next working day if outside these hours, or if your order is placed at a weekend or bank holiday.  At peak times of year (including November and December) dispatch times can take slightly longer.

While our normal Standard Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days (after dispatch of your order), and we make every effort to meet this commitment, we cannot accept any liability for delays caused by our fulfilment and carrier partners for up to 21 days from dispatch. 

PLEASE NOTE:

With the current Covid-19 lock down delivery times may take longer than usual.

 

3. STOCK AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to stock availability. Where you have ordered several products and not all are in stock, we may send you the products which are available, then send the remainder of your order as soon as the items are back in stock.  If certain goods happen to be out of stock, we will contact you within 5 days outlining your options which include the right to cancel. If the items are due to come back in stock, we will propose a new delivery date to suit you. If you prefer not to wait and are not interested in our offer of a substitute item, we will refund any money you’re due within 10 days of receiving your go-ahead.

 

4. FREE DELIVERY PROMOTIONS

From time to time we may run free delivery promotions. Customers will be notified of this on the homepage and any such promotion will automatically apply when you order goes over the threshold.

 

5.  BANK HOLIDAY CLOSURES

Please note we're closed for all UK (english) bank holidays and therefore delivery times will be extended around these periods. if we're closed for any other reason, a notice will be placed on this page and the checkout.
