Sherlock Book Review - The Selected Cases of Doctor Watson - Martin Daley

Publié par Steve Emecz le

I first became aware of Martin Daley when he wrote his Sherlock Holmes novel “The Adventure of the Spanish Drums”, which included Inspector Cornelius Armstrong. Daley later became a regular and valued contributor to “The MX Book of New Sherlock Holmes Stories”, and then he published four volumes of Inspector Armstrong’s adventures.

Now, with “The Selected Cases of Doctor Watson”, he presents a collection of new and previously published material, all written with the same level of excellence that we’ve come to expect. This handsome volume contains eleven wonderful Holmes adventures, and true Sherlockians who appreciate the True Sherlock Holmes will be happy to have it in their collections.

The Selected Case of Doctor Watson is available from this site but also from:

About This Book:

Watson is in the vaults of his bank Cox & Co. looking for a gift given to him by his wife Mary, shortly after they met. While he is there, his eye inevitably falls upon his old despatch box and he spends the following hours looking through the adventures he shared with Sherlock Holmes. After much consideration, he chooses a group of cases, all of which had a profound effect on him and decides to publish them in this new volume.

Also available in Hardcover.
