Posted by Steve Emecz on

To celebrate the Kickstarter for Volumes 46-48 of the MX Book of New Sherlock Holmes Stories we're interview the contributors.
Today it's Naching Kassa.
We've also had the great news that Kickstarter has selected the campaign as "a “Project We Love,” which is our way of highlighting brilliant examples of creativity."

Tell us a little about yourself – Where you live and your main hobbies.

I'm Naching T. Kassa and I live in Washington State. Washington is part of the Pacific Northwest in the US of A. My main hobbies are reading and cross-stitching.

What’s the name of your story in this collection, and what is it about (with no spoilers)?

My story is called, "The Case of the Benevolent Professor." In it, Sherlock Holmes must solve the disappearance of a missing acquaintance. It's a strange and surprising story.

What other projects have you recently completed that we can check out?

I have a story in Occult Detective Magazine #10 called, "The Butcher of Hemming Street." This story features my new occult detective, Lady Dahlia Battleroost, an English woman living in a country manor with her staff of ghosts. Whitney, her new butler, must become her colleague and co-investigator as she works to solve the haunting of her friend, a butcher with a shop on Hemming Street. The sequel, "The Wrong Murder," will also appear in Occult Detective Magazine #12. Occult Detective Magazine is edited by John Linwood Grant and Dave Brzeski. Look for it on Amazon.
