Today's author profile from The MX Book of New Sherlock Holmes Stories Volumes XIX to XXI (now on Kickstarter) is David Marcum - who is also the editor of the collection.   David's Favourite quote from The Canon:  “We can but try.” Holmes says it in “The Problem of Thor Bridge” (published in February-March 1922), and then Watson says it in “The Creeping Man” (published March 1923), whereupon Holmes replies, “Excellent, Watson!
