JOHANNA RIEKE

Johanna Rieke is best known for her authentic historic tales of Sherlock Holmes including Sherlock Holmes and the Cornwall Affair, Sherlock Holmes and The Egyptian Tomb Mystery and Sherlock Holmes and The Crystal Palace Murder. With meticulous attention to detail, Johanna transports her readers back in time to Victorian England, her stories filled with suspense, intrigue, and clever plot twists.

MARCIA WILSON

Marcia Wilson masterfully tells her stories from the POV (point of view) of Scotland Yard, dealing with crime in a very different way to Holmes. The differences are at times oppositional, sometimes harmonious, and often conflicting but there is respect and some affection all around. David Marcum calls her stuff “Scotland Yard’s Tin Dispatch Box” and that’s about as accurate a description as it gets!

MARGARET WALSH

With each book, Margaret Walsh manages the unimaginable - to pull off a new territory for pastiches and does so with great deference to the Canon. Her books have the warmth and intrigue of the original stories whilst having a thoroughly fascinating murder mystery at their core. Her talent for carefully structured scenes and vivid descriptions make you feel as if you were right there alongside Holmes and Watson, witnessing every twist and turn.
