No Police Like Holmes, the first in the McCabe and Cody series has been named by the Cincinnati Enquirer as one of the 16 novels set in the area to add to your reading list. Dan Andriacco, invested into the BSI this year, has written nine novels and two short stories in the series. The modern detectives are modelled on Holmes and Watson and Jeff Seuss from the Enquirer says they have characteristics also of Nero Wolfe and Archie Goodwin.
