I’ve always enjoyed Canon Clement’s original verse, and Joseph Svec III setting it at Baker Street puts the marzipan on the cake. A mystery for Holmes to solve is the perfect Christmas gift, and from a most surprising source! The clear friendship between Holmes and Watson is heartwarming as always, and the idea of using an actual Baker Street set for the photographs was inspired – I badly wanted to step into the scene and browse. This charming story should be under everyone’s tree.
