The Editor

David Marcum is one of the world's leading Sherlockian editors having edited over five hundred Sherlock Holmes Stories - (330+ for the MX Collection). The MX Collection was his inspiration back in 2015 when he yearned for more traditional Holmes stories and wanted to create a new collection dedicated to Holmes and Watson in Conan Doyle's original format.

David also writes Holmes fiction and his debut novel 'Quantity of Debt' was a bestselling addition to the Mondadori 'Il Giallo Mondadori' collection in Italy. His own short stories can be found in the collections 'Papers of Sherlock Holmes'and 'Tangled Skeins'

In 2016 on a visit to Stepping Stones, David penned the first line of his next novel in the very spot where Sir Arthur Conan Doyle wrote many of the stories - his study at Undershaw.
